Vascular surgery treats the arteries and veins — the body’s circulation. That covers everything from troublesome varicose veins to limb-threatening diabetic foot ulcers, dangerous clots, and dialysis access. Much of modern vascular work is endovascular: minimally invasive, done through tiny punctures rather than open incisions. Our unit sits within Sama Hospital, a NABH-accredited, doctor-owned hospital in South Delhi.

Varicose Veins
Aching, heavy, visibly enlarged leg veins — treated with minimally invasive day-care laser, not open surgery.
Spider Veins
Fine surface veins on the legs or face, faded with non-invasive laser as a quick day-care procedure.
Varicocele
Enlarged scrotal veins — treated only when they cause pain or affect fertility, by surgery or embolisation.
Diabetic Foot Ulcer

Minimally Invasive Wherever Possible
Where a problem can be treated through a small puncture rather than open surgery — laser for varicose veins, embolisation for a varicocele, angioplasty to restore blood flow to a diabetic foot — that is our preference. It means less pain, a faster recovery, and often day care. We use open surgery only where it is genuinely the better option.
