Ms. Saina Jain is a highly experienced Counselling Psychologist and Personality Development Trainer, with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals across all age groups. She holds an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from Amity University, Noida, along with certified specializations in Family Therapy and Child & Adolescent Mental Health.

At her practice, Unleashed Minds, based in South Delhi (since 2016), she provides comprehensive services in Counselling, Personality Development, Grooming, and Parenting Training, tailoring her approach to individual needs. In addition, she collaborates as a freelance counselor and trainer with various organizations.

Her past experience spans both clinical and corporate settings, dealing with diverse emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. She also served for nearly 2.5 years at a leading finishing school in New Delhi, conducting sessions in Personality Development and Grooming for clients of all ages. Furthermore, she has delivered numerous workshops in schools and corporate environments across Delhi/NCR focused on soft skills, self-growth, and holistic development.
